Quarters will be
divided using the FHANA, and the CFHC membership calendar year,
beginning February 1st, each year.
1st Quarter, February
1 - April 31
2nd Quarter, May 1 -
July 30
3rd Quarter - August 1
- October 30
4th Quarter - November
1 - January 31
In effort to keep all
Ads maintained with simplicity in the billing department, and to keep
the rates low, there will be no pro-rations for Ads starting mid
quarter, or refunds for early cancellations, etc. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause, and we hope you will plan your Ad for the
time frame that is best for you.
Whenever possible,
please send Ads "web ready" complete with item description and photo in
a PDF file. Otherwise, please list the information on a word document
and attach that to the email, along with your photo. Please only submit
Ads appropriate for the categories linked to the Classifieds Page. If
you have something else, please submit your suggestion for another
category.
No guarantee of sale
for listed items, and we do not guarantee or claim that all item details
are true and valid. Please verify all information in the Ad you may be
interested in, to be true, through your own research. Please do not
contact Chapter Officers about items in the Classifieds. Please use the
contact information within each Ad description.
If you are placing an
Ad, please try to be as descriptive as possible about your item or
service, and please don't forget to list your contact info.
Ads will be displayed
by alphabetical order and under the most appropriate
heading.
The CFHC does
abide by the KFPS / FHANA Rules and Regulations, there for, we will not
advertise for Cross Breeding, or Breeding Stallions that are not
Approved for Breeding with the KFPS Studbook.
The CFHC reserves the
right to disallow any inappropriate Ad content. The CFHC reserves the
right to make changes to the Classifieds content and policies as
necessary.
